Martha Gettys McClure, 91, of Otto, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014.

Born in Lugoff, SC, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Wiley Gettys and Katherine Bell Gettys. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George William McClure, and two brothers, Benjamin Gettys and Richard Gettys. Martha worked as an educator in the Fulton County School System in Atlanta. In retirement, she was a volunteer at Angel Medical Center and was a member of Morrison Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by two sons, Charles Gettys McClure of Evans, GA and George William McClure, Jr. of Tuscaloosa, AL; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 20, at Morrison Presbyterian Church. Rev. Wendell Ligon will officiate. Burial will be in the Rush Cemetery.

The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
