Obituary for Fanny Koon (Harrington)
Fanny H. Koon, 72, of Franklin, NC and Lake Panasoffkee, FL, passed away on January 10, 2015.
Born in Rathbone, NY, she was the daughter of the late John E. Harrington and Celile Wade Harrington. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Leon Harrington, James Harrington, Betty Housel and Mary Seymor and a half brother, Robert Whiting. Fanny retired from Westinghouse/Philips Electric Company; attended Coweeta Baptist Church and loved collecting Fenton Glass.
She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Elwyn Koon and a sister, Peggy Miller of Lawrenceville, PA.
No Services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Angel Hospice, 170 Church Street, Franklin, NC 28734.
