Rai Earl Cammack, 62, of Franklin, passed away Friday, March 27, 2015.
Born in Walla Walla, Washington, he was the son of the late Marshall Rai Cammack and Edna Edwards Cammack. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister. Rai worked for Drake Software. He was an active member of Franklin Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where he served as the former Branch President and served a two year church mission to Guatemala. He was an avid craftsman, and was skilled in woodworking, painting, stained glass and quilting. He also enjoyed genealogy and gardening.
He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Terry Solomon Cammack; three step children, Nicole Nelson of Franklin, Christopher Nelson and wife Allison of Lynnwood, WA and Renae Nelson of Tucson, AZ; two brothers, Jay Cammack and wife Laura of Portage, MI and Cary Cammack and wife Patty of Colfax, WA; four grandsons, Topher, Cooper, Chase and Logan Nelson; one granddaughter, Daisy Ken Nelson and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at the Franklin Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Ken Anderson will officiate.
