Patsy Hopkins Holbrooks, 59, of Franklin, passed away April 24, 2015.
Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of Margie Collins Hopkins and the late Howard R. Hopkins, Sr. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Holbrooks; brothers, Charles Hopkins, Ray Hopkins, Harold Hopkins and Richard Hopkins and sisters, Mary Alice Hopkins and Betty Sue Hopkins.
She is survived by two daughters, Teresa Henry and Charo Watson both of Franklin; two sons, Charles Combs and Jimmy Combs and wife Tonya of Somerset, Kentucky; three sisters, Edith Sullivan and Elaine Hopkins both of Asheville and Barbara Weaver of Franklin; three brothers, Gary Hopkins, Randy Hopkins and Billy Hopkins all of Franklin; ten grandchildren, Logan Combs, Gavin Combs, Brandon Combs, Memphis Combs, Jenna Combs, Dana Henry, Marissa Shook, Kayleigh Henry, Emilee Roquemore and Nicholas Roquemore; one great grandchild, Zoeie Taylor and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Mark Bishop will officiate. Burial will be in the Windy Gap Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 27, at Macon Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Michael Hopkins, Travis Gregg, Ray Bugg, Tim Bugg, James Hopkins and Walter Barson. Honorary Pallbearer will be Barbara Weaver.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
