Obituary for Margaret Breedlove Crawford (Breedlove)
Margaret Breedlove Crawford, 93 of Otto, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016.
Born in Glenville, NC, she was the daughter of the late William M. Breedlove and Minnie Todd Breedlove. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold E. Crawford; one sister, Viola Bryson and two brothers, Ralph Breedlove and Julius Breedlove. Margaret was a member of Longview Baptist Church, where she formerly served as a Sunday School teacher. She loved to make bread, knit, crochet and volunteer with hospice at Angel Medical Center; she was a G.E.D. tutor.
She is survived by two sons, Carroll Crawford and wife Linda of Sanford, FL and Ronald Crawford of Sylva; one daughter, Janice Evans and husband Clyde of Cochran, GA; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, April 18th at Longview Baptist Church. Rev. Tom Nahlen and Rev. Clyde Evans will officiate. Private burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Sylva, NC.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
