Condolence: I remember Ms. Dorothy from the first time we met at East Franklin School when Amber was in kindergarten. Ms. Dorothy met me at the door of the classroom and whispered to be quiet. She led me over to a corner of the room that had a partition up. I couldn't see what was on the other side but I heard my daughter reading out loud for the very first time. We shared tears of joy together. She was one special lady. She always greeted me with hugs and kisses and jokes about herself. Made me laugh every Sunday. Made my day a lot of the time. She will be missed, however her memories will last for many years to come.

Condolence: Ms. Dorothy (as we called her) was like a part of our family from the time we met her and she bonded with Taylor over the years. Also, I remember all the WMU meetings and other activities that we enjoyed together over the years. We are blessed to have known a precious and generous lady. She will be missed but was deeply loved by everyone she met. I know this is a hard time for Mr. Don, Brenda, Donnie, Karen, the grandchildren, and great-grandchildren but try to remember all the wonderful memories that you have of her and with her.
