Marilyn Virginia Vosburgh Laing, 90, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017.

Born in Plymouth, IL, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Bess Griswald Vosburgh. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, William Earle Laing, Jr. who died August 27, 2016 and a sister, Jean Dalstrohm. Marilyn was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.

She is survived by three children, Matt Laing and wife Lynn of Madison, AL, Michael Laing and wife Sue of Cincinnati, OH and Mark Laing and wife, Jeanette of Charlotte, NC; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 5th at Ridgecrest Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Guy Duvall and Rev. Tommy Fouts will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
