Teresa Birchfield Dills, 51, of Franklin, went to be with God on Thursday, April 27, 2017.

Born in Haywood County, she was the daughter of Wilma Lorene Holland and the late William Odell Birchfield. Teresa loved crossword puzzles, collecting Barbies, fishing and playing Rummy. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church, which she attended faithfully. She was a beautiful person and loved by all that knew her.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband Keith Dills; Teresa and Keith just celebrated their 26 year wedding anniversary on April 19th.
Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 2nd at Ridgecrest Baptist Church. Rev. Guy Duvall, Tommy Fouts, Don Moffitt and Vic Greene will officiate. Burial will be in the church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12-1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be Dewayne Holland, Kurtis Holland, Raymond Holland, Glenn Birchfield, Allen Birchfield and Brent Parton. Deacons of Ridgecrest Baptist Church will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Macon Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses, PO Box 1175, Franklin, NC 28744.
