Condolence: My deepest sympathy to the Ledford family for your loss. I'm so sorry this comes late but I only learned of Barbara's passing yesterday. My mother, Alzia (Broom) Johnson, passed away last Sunday night and I was trying to get in touch with Barbara to let her know. Barbara and my mother had been friends since high school. They got together many times over the years, usually at the smokehouse in Dillsboro. I had the privilege to accompany my mom a few times and found Barbara to be very interesting and extremely kind. I'm sure my mother would have been very saddened to hear of her passing. As am I. My condolences, Gary Johnson
