Condolence: I am just hearing of your loss. I am very sorry. I am heartbroken. Mrs. Cloer was my first grade teacher. Out of all of my teachers, she was my absolute favorite! She made a huge impact in my life and I will forever be thankful for what she taught me. Prayers to you all.

Condolence: Buddy & family, In case you don't remember me, I was blessed to call Franklin home from 1973 until late 1987. I initially came there with Northwestern Bank. I remember you & Ida Mae very well. She was a sweet lady and my heart goes out to you at this time of loss. May precious memories be yours to keep always.

Condolence: I was saddened to learned about Ida's passing. We rode to Clayton together when we first started teaching. (It might have been her first teaching job, too). She had such a positive impact on me and her students LOVED her. She taught the "babies" and would love on them as if they were her own. She will be greatly missed. Condolence: So sorry to hear of Mrs. Cloer's passing. She taught my son when he was in first grade. She was such a good, loving, kind teacher. He loved her very much. Also I worked in the school system during the time she taught at Rabun Gap and admired her greatly as a teacher.

Condolence: I taught with Ida from 1995 until she retired. She was a wonderful teacher and a very supportive colleague. I still wear the Alpha Delta Kappa t-shirt she gave me when she retired and think of her whenever I wear it. Please accept my heartfelt condolences at your loss. My prayers are with you.

Condolence: A great thinker once said that anytime one is kind, gentle, humble, inclusive, and warm that person becomes a positive, stabilizing influence for mental stability and happiness in others. On the contrary, when one is harsh,abrasive,cold, and humiliating, that person becomes a factor in other people's mental instability. Elaine and I have known Ida Mae Cloer for many years and can attest to the fact that she was always kind,gentle, humble, inclusive and warm. We have never seen a more loving and lovable person than Ida Mae Cloer. No individual could have better credentials for influencing young school children.May God bless!
