Condolence: Throughout their lives most people change in appearance, but Dennis would be recognizable to anyone who knew him. And, he never changed as a person. I met Dennis in HMM-i63 in Santa Ana, California where we were stationed and flew with him in Vietnam from 1964 through 1965. Later we reunited at squadron reunions throughout the years, the latest being in St. Louis in 2018 before he passed.

Dennis will be missed but honored at our next reunion. Farewell Dennis as you Return To Base and Semper Fidelis. Be seeing you one of these days for a handshake and a chance to pick up the conversation where left off. OoRah!

Condolence: I am so so very sorry to hear of Dennis's passing. I served with him in HMM-163 in 1964 & 1965 (Vietnam). He was a true friend. He recently sheltered me in the cabin on his property for 8 days when I couldn't get back to may place because of Hurricane Florence. I last spent time with him on 9-28-18.

Dennis was a great guy to work with and he had some story's to tell about growing up.
