To Brian's family,
We are so sorry for your loss, but it's also with deep sadness to lose Brian as a friend. Brian and I were good friends throughout our high school years; he was a great guy with a huge personality. Our group, including Brian always ate lunch together in the cafeteria at FHS. Brian always had some funny jokes and our conversations never ended without a little picking and aggravating, of course which was all in good fun. He nicknamed me Cornflake and he never would tell me where he came up with that, he called me that daily and daily I would ask why he chose that nickname; I'm sure only he and I would remember that. We had great laughs back then and I will always remember them. I haven't been in touch with Brian as much since adulthood came along, but we ran into one another here and there and would catch up briefly, but if I had known then, it was going to be the last time I would have seen him, I would have for sure enjoyed the last time chatting and wouldn't have been in such a hurry to say goodbye.
