Ted was described to me as a meticulous, detailed oriented, focused person that was in charge of the layout of the Village Green for our bi-annual Arts and Crafts Show fundraiser for the Cashiers Rotary Club. He measured and set up the booth placements. He also coordinated the loading zones along with other key areas of the show. He used the survey to carefully measure every space. He took into consideration where the trees, bushes, walkways, etc were located so that each artisan would have the best location. I worked to coordinate the artisans and booth assignments. I continuely added artisans to our growng list of applicants. Ted would graciously change his layout time and time again. Ted would smile and say is this the final number? Throughout this process and the 3 years volunterring together it became apparent that Ted was very patient and kind. I became friends with Ted as so many in our Rotary Club had since his membership in 2007. At each meeting as he approached me he would ask with a slight grin knowing what my response would be..is this the final number? No matter how many times I would ask, "Is there room for one More?" Ted would say, "Yes". I am sure when Ted arrived in heaven and asked, "Is there room for one more?" God's answer was YES!" You will remain in our hearts forever!
